Randy Henniger Joins US Modular as Vice President of OEM Business Development

IRVINE, Calif. (May 23, 2007) - Experienced distribution and Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) channel executive Randy Henniger has joined US Modular (www.usmodular.com), a leading designer and manufacturer of personal memory, power and storage products, as Vice President of OEM Business Development.
By joining US Modular, Firey can allow the company's CEO, Nick Payzant, to focus on the company's move to go public while Firey expands the brand and sales channels, all while expanding US Modular's product line, which is known for its speed to market and quality of design.
Henniger comes to the Irvine-based company from highly visible companies such as, Western Digital, Viking, Netlist and PNY, and will continue his successful career by focusing on OEM products that are a fit for US Modular's innovative and fast-growing product line.
"US Modular's OEM department is expanding at a rapid pace and we needed someone with a proven background and successful track record to head-up this growing division," said Atticus Firey, President and COO of US Modular. With over 25 years of experience in the technology industry, Henninger has a focus on storage and memory products solutions that appeal to OEM's globally.

Henniger lives in Oceanside with his wife, Patricia. They have two sons, Jeff (26) and Josh 24. Josh received a Purple Heart in 2006 from his tour in Iraq. Henniger is also actively involved with the American Cancer Society promoting cancer prevention, patient advocacy, and survivorship quality of life.
