Return Procedure: Please contact the place of purchase for return procedures. If customer purchased product(s) directly from US Modular, LLC, then customer shall return the product(s) to US Modular, LLC pursuant to the following terms. Customer must obtain a Return Material Authorization ("RMA") number prior to returning any products to US Modular, LLC.

RMA numbers will be issued upon receipt of the completed RMA request form. Request forms must be completed in full and returned to US Modular RMA/Customer Service Department with a copy of the original invoice. Fax# (949) 770-6422 or email techsupport@usmodular.com
All RMA's must have the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the shipping container or they may be subject to refusal.
All product must be returned in the original packing in which it was received and all labeling must be not be tampered.
RMA numbers are valid for 30 business days from the date the RMA number has been issued. RMA numbers that are not received within 30 business days are automatically voided. Product sent to US Modular under a voided RMA will be refused!
Merchandise, which has been physically damaged or altered, is automatically a VOIDED WARRANTY.
Product determined under warranty is based on the date of purchase on the invoice provided, not by the RMA return of replacement date.
Should the RMA product be found in working condition after the conclusion of US Modular testing, the product will be returned to the customer.
The RMA Request form must accompany the product being sent under warranty.
US Modular, LLC reserves the right to replace product with an equivalent product.
