                           netGuru, Inc. has recently acquired the assets of US Modular a DBA of
                           WW Westcoast LLC. US Modular will now operate only as a division of
                           netGuru, Inc.

                           This is primarily an asset purchase of the US Modular brand and
                           excludes:
                             •    All liabilities, current or past due
                             •    Accounts receivables for invoices issued prior to March 6, 2009
 
 
                           Returns, exchanges & warranties
                              netGuru, Inc. is not liable for any returns, exchanges & warranties
                              related to sales fulfilled prior to March 6, 2009. You must contact the
                              previous owners of US Modular, WW Westcoast LLC for more info.
 
 
 
                          The contact information for all matters prior to the acquisition is listed
                          below. This includes but is not limited to
                            • Collection of prior debts or outstanding bills, current or past due
                            • Returns, refunds, discounts, exchanges & warranties for products
                                 invoiced before March 6, 2009
                            • Payments owed to US Modular/WW Westcoast for invoices issued
                                 prior to March 6, 2009
